Experience the Magic of Yala Eco Tree House

The Yala Eco Tree House is a place that leaves a lasting impression. Currently, it features two charming treehouses—one designed for couples and another for families. Plans are in place to add two more treehouses in the near future, further enhancing the options for visitors seeking a unique stay.

Accessing your room requires a climb up a sturdy ladder, an adventure that adds to the charm of the experience. Once you reach your treehouse, you will be greeted by beautifully decorated interiors. The triple room we stayed in was not only brand new (the venue opened in November 2013) but also boasted the most comfortable mattresses we encountered on our travels!

What truly sets this accommodation apart are the breathtaking views. From your private terrace, you are enveloped by nature—a scene reminiscent of the African savanna, punctuated by the sounds of chirping birds and the occasional call of peacocks. The proximity to Yala National Park enhances this experience, giving you a taste of wildlife right at your doorstep.

Surrounding Attractions and Activities

The charm of the Tree House extends beyond its walls. Nearby, a serene lake invites guests to stroll and witness stunning sunsets. The expansive grounds are filled with banana trees, palm trees, and lush greenery, creating a picturesque setting. As night falls, the ambiance transforms with a large bonfire, providing a cozy atmosphere for relaxation.

  • Stroll by the lake for sunset views.
  • Enjoy the vast grounds filled with exotic trees.
  • Gather around the bonfire for a magical evening.

You can spend the evening mesmerized by the flames or indulge in a delightful dinner. The chef here has a knack for creating mouthwatering dishes, and everything we tried was absolutely delicious!

Hospitality That Makes You Feel at Home

Another highlight of your stay will undoubtedly be the hospitality provided by Amila and his team. Their warmth, friendliness, and dedication to ensuring a memorable experience are truly commendable. They even organized a Spanish-themed party for us, complete with a DJ, lights, and smoke effects—a night we will cherish forever!
