Outside the peak tourist season, they offer a fantastic menu for just €8, which comes with a fresh salad and a main dish. If you visit during the summer or prefer to explore their à la carte options, don’t miss out on their generous portions of fried squid, sardine skewers, and their delicious rice dishes. While we haven’t tried it, they also serve grilled octopus, which has received rave reviews. Prices are reasonable, with rice dishes ranging from €10-15 and tapas from €6-10.

Neptuno is also a perfect spot for enjoying a coffee or a refreshing drink outside of meal times.

2. Gastro Malabar: A Tapas Haven

If you’re a fan of quality tapas, Gastro Malabar is the place to be! This innovative eatery is known for its exquisite tapas, but be warned: the portions are on the smaller side. Plan to order a few to satisfy your hunger.

We highly recommend starting with the mini-hamburger (€3.50), the mini bravas topped with truffle aioli (€5), and the guao bao filled with slow-cooked pork, cilantro, and peanuts (€6). The extensive menu guarantees you’ll find something that piques your interest!

Why Sundays? Because they serve a delicious paella tapa that’s simply irresistible. Average price: €1.5-2.

At Mohana Mojacar, you can enjoy high-quality sandwiches and burgers priced between €6-10. For a heartier option, opt for the Mohana platter, which features a mouth-watering selection of grilled meats including flank steak, chorizo, black pudding, chicken thigh, pork secreto, and roasted potatoes—all for €15.
